Learn management skills for leading innovation activities.
This programme is dedicated to the integrated and dynamic field of innovation. You investigate innovation management through a unique blend of theoretical perspectives, case analyses, and practical experiences. As an innovation leader, you will be able to generate and scope out creative ideas, implement those ideas, and transform organisations, markets and business ecosystems.
You will develop skills to spread this mindset through organisations, learn to overcome resistance, negotiate, and execute innovation. You will investigate innovation challenges with classmates, faculty members and representatives from companies.
Admission criteria
- A research university bachelor degree containing a minimum of 20 ECs in qualitative and quantitative research methods and statistics as well as a minimum of 40 ECs in advanced courses in business administration, or a bachelor of science degree from a research university in an engineering field, combined with a minimum of 20 ECs in business administration courses.
- Proof of proficiency in English at C1 level.

This programme cultivates innovation leaders who adapt to change and also create it. You learn theories and frameworks on how to foster and manage innovation activities in organisations, interact with business leaders to gain first-hand experiences, and harness unique interpersonal and business skills. You also work closely with faculty to generate new academic knowledge, and solve challenging real-life business problems. We also support you to carry out innovations to improve the world.
